Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious organisation as a chief corporate governance officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality corporate secretarial services across multiple entities based in Ireland.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance on corporate governance and secretarial matters to senior leadership and the board.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Developing and implementing effective governance frameworks to drive organisational success.
  • Liaising with junior members of the team to provide training and support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Irish corporate governance or secretarial roles within the financial services sector. A solid understanding of corporate governance principles is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
