Job Title

We are seeking a Catalyst for Growth to drive large-scale projects and enhance customer experience across our 3rd party marketplace.

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand product selection, improve product availability, build strong relationships with key partners, and drive improvements to reach feature parity with other markets.

You will have a high degree of autonomy and influence across a broad range of projects within the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and SQL.

  • Selecting and owning strategies to drive growth and enhance customer experience using data-driven insights.
  • Business development: Identifying selection gaps and driving strategic selection expansion on Amazon.ie by unlocking high-potential sellers.
  • Improving DEX processes: Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to accelerate growth of FBA and MFN, initiating high-impact projects based on analysis.
  • Project management: Automating and scaling selection growth via new selection, product listing quality, and in-stock opportunities, partnering with technology teams to drive automation and scalability worldwide.

The successful candidate must be able to act as the 'business owner' for the third-party marketplace, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business. They will develop a complete understanding of customer needs and deliver site features providing an unparalleled shopping experience.
