Procurement Manager Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Procurement Manager to join our team based in Dublin.

About the Job:

  • Responsible for the preparation and submission of tenders on behalf of the business.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to gather and coordinate all necessary information for tender submissions.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential tender opportunities to determine alignment with business objectives and capabilities.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of tender processes within the organisation, including receipt, assessment, coordination, and submission.
  • Analysing tender documentation to identify submission requirements and ensuring all necessary information is provided.
  • Ensuring tender submissions are fully completed and delivered in accordance with specified deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on the company's procurement activities and performance metrics.

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Organised and good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
