Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, and excellent time management skills.

The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving upsell campaigns, and identifying churn risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer growth, training, and development of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives through the development and maintenance of customers and prospects.
  • Drive upsell campaigns to increase revenue and improve customer retention.
  • Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk.
  • Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative.
  • Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passionate about your work with a high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Account Manager role in outbound sales or similar.
