Business Growth Specialist
This role involves coordinating with secondary care hospitals, community, and private healthcare providers to drive point of care provision.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic business plans
- Implementing business strategies to align and partner with the private sector and secondary care to maximize sales and growth
- Achieving targets and delivering revenues
- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Providing regular timely forecasts of performance, product demand, and expenditure
- Leading and initiating projects
Requirements:
- Higher education in business or a related field
- Significant experience in diagnostics or medical devices industry and sales
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Consistent track record of achieving profitable growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
- Positive attitude, team player with high levels of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Responsible and persuasive individual
- Skilled negotiator
