Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and French (additional languages an asset)
