About the Role

The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with our HR Manager to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. This includes screening candidate profiles, organizing interviews, and communicating with hiring managers and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Work with hiring managers to prepare letters of offer
  • Maintain effective communication with external agencies and stakeholders
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and social media platforms
  • Represent the company at career fairs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment administration would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
