Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform office-specific administration tasks in line with ISO 13485 certification
  • Prepare cheque lodgments, process bank payment requests, and distribute invoices for approval
  • Utilize financial accounting software to process invoices and reconcile creditor accounts
  • Oversee utilities for multiple premises, manage stationery ordering, and support general administrative tasks
  • Diarise important dates and ensure all administration is completed efficiently

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in manufacturing or Human Resources is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and numerical proficiency in Excel.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, diligent, and possess excellent attention to detail. They must be trustworthy and discreet when dealing with customers and confidential information.
