Job Description:
  • Lead and manage staff/teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering systems that meet the needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical leadership in children's healthcare, specifically in the areas of resuscitation and anaphylaxis.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and access to appropriate transport for the role.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Post-registration management qualification/training (e.g. MSc in Management or equivalent).
  • A high level of autonomy and initiative required, with ability to work effectively as part of a team.
