Your Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations.
  • Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Follow the example set by the talented Head Chefs regarding efficiency and excellence.
  • Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
  • Support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining appropriate hygiene practices during food preparation and storage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in hotels or similar roles.
  • Passion for and genuine interest in food.
  • Mature and pleasant manner when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
