The role of a Personal Insurance Advisor is to deliver exceptional customer service, driving increased sales and business retention through efficient and effective means.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring their experience aligns with our customer care ethos.
  • Achieving targets for new business and retention through the development of strong selling and retention skills.
  • Efficiently processing policy amendments to meet customer expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and generating referrals to maximize business growth across channels.
  • Handling calls efficiently to meet call answering objectives for both customers and the organization.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve overall targets.
  • Maintaining compliance with all company systems and procedures.
  • Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of our product range and relevant industry qualifications.
  • Performing additional duties as required by management.
Education and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, or relevant third-level qualification.
Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience.
  • A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits

This role is within Pay Band A of our graduate pay structure.
