Program Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic alignment and facilitating go-to-market programs. You will support communication and collaboration between marketing and inside sales teams to increase lead conversion, campaign ROI, and pipeline velocity.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic alignment and facilitate go-to-market programs.
  • Support communication and collaboration between marketing and inside sales teams.

The ISR Demand Program Manager is responsible for increasing lead conversion, campaign ROI, and pipeline velocity through systematic readiness efforts, lead management, and reporting on key metrics. The program manager must be able to track and monitor ISR lead follow-up activity in Salesforce, escalate gaps in lead handling, and partner with Sales Managers to reinforce timely action and accountability.

Campaign Execution Support

  • Manage quarterly initiatives including Prospecting Week, Meeting-Maker incentive campaigns, and Appointment Setting programs.
  • Coordinate execution logistics, track participation, and measure impact on sourced pipeline and bookings.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build and maintain SFDC dashboards tracking AQLs, TQLs, conversion rates, and sourced pipeline by program.
  • Deliver weekly and quarterly performance updates to Sales and Growth Marketing leadership to support optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Field Marketing, Campaign Strategy, and MOPs teams to ensure alignment on campaign targeting, lead flow design, and KPIs.
  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable steps for ISRs and act as the connective tissue across go-to-market teams.
