Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.

About the Role: As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for managing the service process from booking to completion, liaising with our workshop, parts, and warranty teams, and providing updates on vehicle repairs, costs, and timelines. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and ensure that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Manage the service process from booking to completion, including scheduling customer bookings and handling walk-ins.
  • Liaise with our workshop, parts, and warranty teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide updates on vehicle repairs, costs, and timelines to our customers.

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to advise, sell, and solve problems under pressure.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and a team player with good PC skills and flexibility.
  • Previous motor industry/service experience required.
  • Full valid driving licence.
