About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ward Clerk to join our team at UPMC Ireland. As a key member of the Day Services Area, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, supporting nursing and medical staff in providing exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative support to the Day Services Area, including the Day Surgery Unit and First Floor.
2. Assisting nursing and medical staff in the day-to-day running of the ward area.
3. Managing patient medical notes, following hospital policies and guidelines.
4. Coordinating admissions from reception, ensuring accurate entry into iSoft and updating bed availability.

Requirements:
