Financial Leadership Role

As a key member of the financial team, your mission is to provide strategic financial solutions that drive business success. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining the excellence of our financial operations as we strive to be recognized as leaders in quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily reconciliations of cash, bank, and ledger accounts to ensure accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Manage settlement processes for various financial instruments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate manual payments, including urgent and high-value transactions, verifying payment details meticulously for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely updates and maintenance of static data associated with treasury activities.
  • Provide leadership and training for a team of finance specialists.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, showcasing progressive responsibilities and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Familiarity with financial services, banking, or corporate finance will be an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective communication of complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software, particularly treasury management systems (preferably Quantum) along with Microsoft Office Suite.
