Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Coordinator to manage the Reception area, take phone calls, and meet guests by appointment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, respond to phone calls, and welcome visitors
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of candidate documentation
  • Maintain records in our recruitment software package
  • Support Consultants with preparing cv profiles
  • Update company information online
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years previous administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a task-driven role
