**Store Porter Role Overview**

As a Store Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the showroom and stockroom areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Perform daily maintenance duties throughout the showroom, including cleaning and organizing stockrooms and clearance areas.
  • Receive deliveries in an organized manner to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Remove rubbish, break it down for secure storage and collection, and label all items held for collection.
  • Assist with customer collections and ensure all service returns are labelled correctly and notified to the relevant staff member.
  • Work collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising team to assist with showroom moves and displays.
  • As required, assist the Service Technician with customer call-outs and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
