Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the manufacturing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering objectives on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage documentation, including standard operating procedures, manufacturing records, batch sheets, and logbooks, to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and motivate manufacturing specialist teams to achieve high process success rates and maintain a contamination-free environment.
  • Track relevant metrics to ensure operations are performing effectively and efficiently.
  • Implement process improvements and robustness initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Prepare and present manufacturing data for review and perform current Good Manufacturing Practice audits of production areas.
  • Represent manufacturing during regulatory and client audits.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing within the Biopharma industry.
  • 5+ years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills.
