Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Care Professional to join our team as a Residential Care Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of separated children and contribute to their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of social care workers and leaders in providing care and support to separated children.
- Manage a residential care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are met.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- A minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care and a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting.
- 4 years' full-time work experience in a children's residential care setting post-qualification.
- Alternatively, a QQI level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years' post-qualification work experience in a children's residential care setting.
- A full clean driver's license is preferred.
