Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.


The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for arranging travel arrangements, coordinating with field personnel and managers, and maintaining databases and systems. This role requires adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for field personnel in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with field personnel and managers to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and timesheets.
  • Process and obtain approval for all travel invoices and expenses.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, field engineers, and operations managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
