Leadership Role: Global Equity and Quant Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Investment Strategist to coordinate a team of senior portfolio managers and junior resources. This role involves maintaining and improving the current investment process, as well as contributing to the direct management of flagship UCITS funds.
About the RoleThe investment team employs a 'quantamental' approach with a strong quality-growth bias, managing over 13 EUR billion of assets across pure equity and multi-asset funds.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate a team of senior portfolio managers and junior resources in developing and implementing strategic investment plans.
- Maintain and improve the current investment process, including due diligence on potential investments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the direct management of flagship UCITS funds, working closely with senior portfolio managers and other key stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in asset management, with at least 7 years in managing developed equity strategies and leading teams.
- Extensive knowledge of developed equity markets, asset allocation, and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong academic background in economics, statistics, and finance.
- Basic understanding of computer science and programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of Italian is an additional plus.
