We're seeking an accomplished Financial Leader to spearhead our Consumer Finance division.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to drive business growth and profitability.

Your expertise in commercial finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of our business plans.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth and cost savings.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and providing coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

They will also possess a deep understanding of financial concepts and be able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to drive business growth and profitability
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage a team of direct reports and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth and cost savings
Requirements:
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience
  • Commercial finance experience, preferably in a telecommunications industry
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and ability to articulate complex ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Leadership and management experience, preferably in a consumer-led customer environment
