We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead high-impact transformation programmes in our Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver target operating models and organisational structures that align with client strategy and unlock future growth
  • Mobilise transformation programmes from planning to execution, ensuring clear outcomes, quality delivery, and alignment to client objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight and guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation
  • Drive project success by building and strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand engagements, and supporting business development activities
  • Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams to deliver excellence while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Apply industry-leading tools and methodologies to develop data-driven insights and visualise organisational scenarios
  • Contribute to the growth of the BDT practice by shaping methodologies, thought leadership, and market propositions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of consulting or in-house transformation experience, with a strong focus on operating model and organisational design
  • Proven experience mobilising and delivering large-scale transformation programmes
  • Practical experience using organisational design tools to inform workforce and structure design
  • Deep understanding of organisational strategy, operational processes, and change management methodologies
  • Strong client relationship skills, with experience influencing and advising senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing project teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of contributing to practice growth and thought leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions
