Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to shape the vision and guide a global organisation through its modernisation journey. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading large-scale programmes, with exposure to cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding an end-to-end digital change journey, facilitating high-level workshops, supporting re-design of processes and structures, and ensuring change adoption across functions.

They will also act as a trusted sounding board for executives in R&D and innovation, providing strategic guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guiding an end-to-end digital change journey - strategy, people, process, and tech.
  2. Facilitating high-level workshops with business & technical leaders.
  3. Supporting re-design of processes, structures, and operating models.
  4. Ensuring change adoption across functions and supporting solution roll-out.
  5. Acting as a trusted sounding board for executives in R&D and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ yrs background in leading large-scale modernisation programmes.
  • Exposure to cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory / R&D environments is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to bridge business vision and technology delivery.
  • Skilled facilitator with a track record of bringing diverse stakeholders together.
