Job Overview:

As a Senior Spa Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional wellness therapies and massage treatments to clients. Your primary goal is to ensure the highest standards of guest care and customer satisfaction are always maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver diverse spa services in a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Maintain equipment and product inventory in optimal condition.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and up-to-date client files.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment room.
  • Recommend retail products or additional services to enhance client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, well-equipped, and safe.

You will also support the spa manager as needed, including assisting with stock ordering and training staff.

Communication:

Effectively communicate customer comments and issues to the Head of Department. Maintain open communication with all departments, particularly Front Office.

Health and Safety:

Familiarize yourself with and adhere to hotel fire and health safety procedures. Uphold strict hygiene standards and comply with health regulations.
