We're seeking an exceptional leader to oversee daily operations of a cleaning team at our prestigious corporate client site. This key role is responsible for planning and managing staff schedules, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring audit readiness.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the cleaning team
  • Plan and manage staff schedules
  • Maintain all areas to high cleanliness standards
  • Ensure audit readiness
  • Main point of contact for DOC-related issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong knowledge of GMP standards
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with experience supervising teams
  • Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail with a results-driven and proactive mindset
  • Able to resolve problems safely, quickly, and effectively
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, COSHH, and safety procedures
