Quality Assurance Specialist Role

This position involves collaborating with a client to implement quality programs, processes, and procedures that meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Contribute to risk management by interpreting policies and managing site complaints.
  • Elevate project deliverables through business awareness of cross-organizational impact on project success.
Duties:
  • Analyze QC samples (raw material, in-process tests, intermediates, and finished product) in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Maintain good laboratory practices and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist in creating and updating quality procedures and reports.
  • Facilitate laboratory investigations and support product investigation.
  • Participate in Right First Time initiatives, Continuous Improvement, and 5S practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a QC Laboratory is essential.
  • Demonstrate expertise in analytical techniques, including bioassay/potency testing, ELISA, blotting, flow cytometry assays, PCR, molecular biology techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, quick decision maker, self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities.
