Indirect Tax Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indirect Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting indirect compliance and accounting processes across this area.
About the Role- Preparing and submitting indirect tax returns, refund claims, account reconciliations, data validation, and ensuring timely tax payments.
- Collaborating with external service providers to meet indirect tax compliance obligations.
- Completing templates for tax payments, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations accurately.
- Working closely with legal, finance, and other departments to provide guidance on indirect tax matters.
- Assisting with tax projects such as system implementation, automation, and process improvements.
- Maintaining process documentation, compliance and risk trackers, and managing suppliers.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in indirect tax in a multinational or Big 4 environment, looking to gain broader experience in a dynamic setting. Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Experience Required: At least 3 years of indirect tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
