**Lift Engineer Apprentice Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to participate in a four-year apprenticeship program as a Lift Engineer in the Dublin area. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in lift engineering.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Participate in the four-year Lift Engineer Apprenticeship program (SOLAS, NVQ) and gain field experience while working toward qualification.
  • Travel around Ireland as part of apprenticeship duties.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum age: 16 years.
  • Educational requirements: Grade D Pass in five subjects on the Junior Certificate or an approved equivalent, or completion of an approved Pre-Apprenticeship course, or three years' relevant work experience as deemed acceptable by SOLAS.
  • Previous study in Mathematics, Technology, Technical Drawing/Graphics, Physics and Construction Studies is advantageous but not essential.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Logical thinking and practical skills.
  • Analytical personal qualities.

**Benefits and Working Conditions:**

  • Monday to Thursday 8:30–17:00; Friday 8:30–16:30.
  • Total hours per week: 37.
