">Job Role and Responsibilities">

The primary application support specialist will leverage the organization's knowledge base and collaboration tools to ensure prompt, accurate and efficient issue resolution, adhering to established SLAs.

  • Provide professional first-line support to employees, ensuring seamless user experience when addressing their application-related inquiries and issues.">
  • Log, qualify and manage incoming IT incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, categorizing and prioritizing all issues appropriately.">
  • Effectively utilize the knowledge base to resolve common issues at the first level of support, reducing dependence on escalation.">
  • Work closely with next-level support teams to escalate complex issues promptly, providing clear handovers to ensure smooth transition and resolution process.">

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational efficiency are central to this position.">
  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including SLA adherence, ticket resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.">
