Primary Application Support Agent

This role is a hybrid opportunity based in Dublin, supporting SAP employees with application-related inquiries and issues.
- First-line support will be provided to SAP employees ensuring a seamless user experience when addressing their application-related queries and problems.
- Tickets will be logged, qualified, and managed in the ticketing system to ensure all issues are categorized and prioritized appropriately.
To resolve common issues at the first level of support, we encourage effective utilization and contribution to our Knowledge Base.
Candidates will work closely with next-level support teams to escalate complex issues promptly, providing clear handovers for a smooth transition and resolution process.
Maintain SLA compliance and adhere to established security policies and standards.
