IT Sourcing Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Team Engagement and Pipeline Management: Properly assign category managers to sourcing projects, create project records in relevant systems, and ensure timely project tracking for efficient process management.
- Third Party Pre-Qualification and Due Diligence: Collaborate with the team to manage supplier pre-qualification and due diligence processes, evaluating potential supplier risks and understanding market trends.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Support contract record management and query resolution within procurement systems to maintain accurate documentation and contract data for stakeholders.
- Supplier Information Management: Maintain accurate supplier records in consultation with responsible Sourcing Category Managers, including spend, compliance, and product information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eager to learn, seeks feedback, and asks great questions.
- Attention to detail, organisational, and time and priority management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with the role of the procurement function within an organisation.
