About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Compensation Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and administering base pay and incentive programs
- Partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation
- Analyzing data and developing cost estimates
- Evaluating programs and recommending opportunities for improvement
- Administering global severance programs
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, finance, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in compensation or human resources.
