- Collaborate with Store Managers to maximise department performance based on sales data analysis.
- Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to consistently meet service and presentation standards.
- Support recruitment efforts and ensure effective onboarding and training for new team members.
- Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans that support team growth.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
- Represent the brand as a true ambassador, delivering outstanding experiences for every customer.
- Customer Focus: You genuinely enjoy engaging with customers and lead by example in delivering outstanding service.
- Product Passion: You have a genuine interest in our products and love sharing that enthusiasm with customers.
