We are seeking a motivated professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take on new challenges and develop their skills in sales, leadership, and customer service.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading by example, and ensuring seamless store operations. This includes motivating and communicating effectively with the team, delivering exceptional customer service, and serving as the primary point of contact for the store.

In addition, the ideal candidate will coach the team on product knowledge, company policies, and brand values, manage people-related activities in conjunction with HR and senior management, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills
  • Proven people management and teamwork experience
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn in-house systems
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
