I'm currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to join a global organization driving digital innovation and transformation across industries. Your day to day:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed KPIs
  • Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s
  • Identify process barriers and improve productivity
  • Ensure high-quality sales execution and operational excellence
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of top sales talent
  • Maintain client SLAs and performance standards

Compensation package:

You'll earn a €55,000 base salary, plus a €2,000–€4,000 sign-on bonus and up to €25,000 in commission, depending on performance.

Your requirements:
  • Proven experience leading a sales team, ideally in digital marketing or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of agency dynamics and advertiser management
  • Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
  • Experienced in hiring and team development
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
