About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage team.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding their expectations.

You will lead by example, motivate and support your team members, and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise Food and Beverage areas, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners.
  • Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Micros and other relevant systems is advantageous.
