Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing food and beverage operations, ensuring timely setup and maintenance of service areas, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Food and Beverage service according to established procedures.
  • Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Food and Beverage areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food and Beverage areas.
  • Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
  • Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
  • Maximize sales through effective upselling.
  • Complete daily checklists to uphold staff training standards.
  • Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is essential.
  • Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is required.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Micros Experience would be preferable.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends from 6am to 2pm/3pm.
  • A good team player with a hardworking and dedicated attitude.
