CAD Detailer

Our client specialises in providing innovative and customisable modular building options for a diverse range of applications.

Job Description:

The CAD Detailer will be responsible for producing detailed drawings of modular buildings, working under the guidance of the design lead whilst coordinating with other departments.

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure an efficient and healthy workflow. The individual must also have a high level of organisation to maintain revisions of drawings at different stages and ensure all relevant parties have the latest up-to-date drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Proven ability to work independently and use own initiative effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills
Benefits:

Producing 3D models of projects within Revit, producing structural steel drawings and coordinating with assembly teams to communicate design intent, and drafting fabrication drawings for the workshop are key responsibilities of this role.

The successful candidate will also assist in producing specifications on a project basis, matching both the clients' needs and the company's standard procedures.

Others:

Admin work such as gathering data sheets and compiling technical submittals is also a part of this role.
