About the Role

This position involves working as a part-qualified accountant in an office-based setting, processing high volume invoices, preparing month-end accounts and financial reports. The successful candidate will have experience in similar roles and possess excellent communication skills.

Your New Responsibilities

  • Processing and reconciling invoices for AR & AP
  • Preparing month-end accounts and financial reports
  • Managing VAT and other tax returns
  • Assisting with payroll where cover is required
  • Performing ad-hoc account duties as requested by the finance manager

About You

To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in previous roles in the Irish market and ideally be part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA or similar). Experience working in the manufacturing or retail industry is beneficial but not essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well on your own initiative, prioritizing tasks as needed.
