Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team, helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical user stories.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure backlog items are refined, prioritised, and ready for development.
  • Assist with integrating IAM tools into enterprise systems and applications.
  • Support the design of processes, specifications, and documentation across identity governance.
  • Participate in testing and validation to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement within a regulated, security-focused environment.

This is a great opportunity for an analyst with technical capability to grow their expertise in a high-impact area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and directory services, as well as experience working with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements for different audiences. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
