Job Description
As a Senior System Analyst in WI technology, you will work with the squad(s) to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our applications and will work with the team to deliver best in class customer experience solutions for a next gen NetBenefits for Microsoft Teams App, and features for our NetBenefits Mobile application.

Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and develop mobile components for use with Net Benefits Mobile and web applications/components for use within Microsoft Teams.
Well-versed in using JIRA, Confluence, and other tools for documentation and story creation.
Create systems diagrams and sequence diagrams based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to define the scope of problems/issues in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes.
Drive backlog refinement sessions.
Translate business needs into clear requirements/user stories.
Research and evaluate alternative solutions.
Evaluate design of existing systems to judge their functionality, efficiency, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability, and cost of ownership.
Collaborate with Agile team members to build comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches.
Assist in devising the Agile team's analysis strategy and provide support in estimating, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work.
Apply Systems Analysis methodologies and influence others to adopt them.
Support cross-functional collaboration with Microsoft to align on technical architecture, integration strategy, and platform capabilities.
Coordinate rollout planning and issue resolution during development and app certification processes.
Coordinate across internal teams (e.g., ECS, Security, Customer Protection) to ensure compliance, scalability, and user safety.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to gather requirements, resolve blockers, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
6+ years of systems analysis experience or related work in software solutions development/definition.
Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
Agile/Scrum experience is required.
Familiarity with API integration patterns and SQL to support business design recommendations.
Exposure to authentication/authorization patterns is a plus (e.g., OAuth, SAML).
Familiarity with Azure Cloud concepts and services is a plus.
Experience working in multi-functional technology teams in a highly matrixed organization; financial services experience preferred.
Technical problem solving in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to quickly understand and incorporate new technologies and to partner closely with direct and matrixed teams.
