Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Human Resource Information System Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
You will conduct regular audits to uphold data security and accuracy, collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to inform strategic planning and decision-making, and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, payroll, and diversity equity inclusion.
In addition, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including GDPR, support payroll processing, and collaborate on HR projects, including process improvement and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system
- Conduct regular audits to uphold data security and accuracy
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards on key HR metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support payroll processing and collaborate on HR projects
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HRIS systems is required
- At least three years of experience in HR analytics or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Experience in HR data visualization and reporting
- A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to present complex data in a meaningful way
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
