As a Building Estimation Expert, you will be required to:

• Control and manage the estimating process at project level.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates for large or complex projects or programmes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Represent the Estimating team in cross-department discussions.
• Support the procurement team with tender and/or contract price analysis and reference to baseline and revised estimates.
• Assist in training other members of the team in systems and techniques.
• Assist in the continuing improvement of Estimating reports and information services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience and a Third-level relevant Degree or Diploma. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
