Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Engineer to join our Engineering & Asset Management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering offshore HV transmission projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the delivery of complex transmission projects involving high voltage cables and/or cable laying works.
  • Technical oversight and direction of design teams working on HV transmission projects.
  • Maintenance of functional and operational standards as well as external stakeholders' expectations.
  • Liaising with customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 years' experience in managing and delivering complex transmission projects.
  • Knowledge of offshore HV cable design principles and experience of carrying out cable assessments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
