We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial activities and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate accounts in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Process payroll, PRSI, PAYE, and ROS submissions efficiently.
  • Manage banking, donations, receipts, and lodgements effectively.
  • Consult with auditors/accountants and prepare regular reports.
  • Prepare budgets and reconcile spending against budget.
  • Maintain financial governance, proof of expenditure, and asset records accurately.
  • Assist with grant applications and funding reports as needed.
General Administration:
  • Ensure the office is well-organised, stocked, and running efficiently.
  • Oversee general maintenance and coordinate newsletters as required.
  • Maintain accessible records and manage correspondence professionally.
Team & Community Support:
  • Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, planning, and training as necessary.
  • Handle queries, respond to emails, and provide relevant information promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality as a safe working environment.
