Brand Opportunity

A Brand Executive is needed to manage a portfolio of brands and lead the execution and activation of marketing & commercial activities.

The role involves working with brand partners, commercial teams, and administration processes to deliver a high standard of communication and service for assigned principals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in building comprehensive brand plans to reflect the strategy and priorities of our brands.
  • Manage relationships with brand partners.
  • Prepare and support at principal review meetings.
  • Monitor and post-evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
  • Manage NPD implementation and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Work with sales management to ensure clear communication of brand plans and in-trade execution requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • High energy self-starter and collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Irish grocery sector and major customers.
  • Proven track record of delivering targets and growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong MS Office experience.
  • Preferably 3rd-level degree in business or marketing or proven experience in the retail trade.
Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid working role, two days (sometimes three) in the office and the remaining days working from home.
