Job Role: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
A seasoned expert in manufacturing engineering is required to lead our organisation. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and employee engagement across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices in product/process performance within the medical devices industry.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including academic partners and suppliers, to enhance understanding of product manufacture and quality.
- Motivate and support a high-performing team through effective leadership and communication.
- Apply analytical skills to develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering personnel, providing guidance and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering discipline (Masters/ black belt preferred).
- 6+ years of manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both internally and externally.
- Able to lead a multi-disciplined team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
