Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our hotel in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a General Manager of a similar property, with a proven track record of effectively planning and operating hotel operations.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and have good numeric, literacy and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, hotel management software).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of service and operational efficiency throughout all departments
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures throughout the hotel
  • Be accountable for cost control and profit maximisation of operational centres within the hotel
  • Maintain and develop staff to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure sound business conduct with a positive management approach
