Senior Hotel Executive

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in leading large-scale hotel operations, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Lead all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales and revenue management.
  • Ensure departments operate within brand standards, monitoring and addressing feedback in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance against goals, foster a high-performance culture and provide constructive feedback through on-the-job training and performance appraisals.
  • Develop forecasts for revenues and costs, monitor budgetary constraints and communicate any issues to the EOD.
  • Maintain compliance with legislation and company requirements regarding H&S and statutory regulations.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships across departments, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' senior level experience as a General Manager in large-scale hotel or aparthotel operations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving substantial revenue growth through strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Humble and approachable leadership style, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Forward-thinking and innovative approach, always looking for opportunities to improve operations.
  • Self-motivated, able to inspire and lead the team effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail and is highly organized.
  • Able to adapt effectively and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in engaging in strategic business discussions at a higher level.
